While we lost our historic church building in October 2018 from a lightning strike, our church continues to live on. We are revitalizing and rebuilding the ministry of FBC in order to bless Wakefield and the surrounding communities with the message and ministry of Jesus.
Until construction is completed on the new building, we are worshipping at 1 Church Street, in the Chapel of First Parish. Our Sunday services are held at 9:30 am, followed by a zoom service at 11:15 am. Our worship service has a casual atmosphere, with traditional and contemporary music.
